WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship to local & worldwide.

 

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING METHODS?

We use SingPost for all local deliveries in Singapore and international customers. We are unable to accept orders for P.O. Box addresses. We are not responsible for shipping information submitted incorrectly during purchase.

 

 HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

 1. Local Customers (Singapore)
Local registered mail (tracking number will be provided) is used for all local orders. It is mandatory to avoid any loss of mail in transit.

For orders above S$50, we offer FREE SingPost registered mail.

 2. International Customers
You can view the estimated shipping cost of the product during checkout, shipping cost is based on Singpost registered mail.

For orders above S$100,we offer free international shipping by SingPost registered mail.

For international delivery, overseas purchasers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties on items ordered from overseas imposed by your home country.

 

ORDERING PROCESS TIME

We will take no more than 2 working days to process orders to have it mailed out. (We operate office hours Monday to Friday 9-6pm excluding Public Holiday)

 

 HOW LONG WOULD MY ORDER TAKE TO REACH ME?

 It should take 2 to 5 working days for local postages by SingPost. Duration for international delivery, SingPost would take about 7 to 10 business days.

 Do note that we are not liable for any delayed mails caused by the delivery services

 

 WHEN DO YOU DELIVER?

 All orders are processed and shipping within 2 business days after payment is received. We only operate from Monday to Friday.

 

 AM I ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDERS?

 Tracking is available for SingPost registered mail.

 


 RETURN POLICY

 

DO YOU PROVIDE RETURNS OR REFUNDS?

We do not provide refunds or cash backs. Returns and exchanges are also not applicable other than manufacturer’s defect. Shipping cost is non-refundable and all costs for return shipment will be borne by purchasers.

 

THE ITEM RECEIVED IS DEFECTED

Please inspect your purchase once you have received. Damages or defects must be lodged within 24 hours of package arrival by email to contact@thecosmebox.com. No claim can be made after 24 hours of receipt without notifying. Please take a picture of the claimed defect and email us.

Merchandise must be returned within 4 days (for local purchasers and 10 days for overseas purchasers) from the date of lodge. Merchandise returned after 4 days will not be entertained. Shipping cost is non-refundable and the purchaser is responsible for postage costs for any returned items.

Exchange will not be allowed if the item has been damaged or made defective by purchasers or is the item has been damaged in the process of transit.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER PAYMENT IS MADE?

No cancellation is allowed once payment is made. Please ensure that you're confirmed about your items before checkout.
